Peter Hanson v. Rickie Fowler might be my favorite match-up of the year.

  2. That’s a good one, but overall, I feel like this year is a lot weaker than last year’s.

Beyond the crappy Japan Tour vs. Anyone, I definitely agree. So close to O’Hair v. Watson though.

Furyk got an incredible draw though, at least until the quarters.

  3. I really have no idea how to value the Japanese Tour. These players are no-namers and they probably shouldn’t be in the top-100, but they are ranked high in the OWGR and it seems like a lot of people value that pretty highly.

I think the first round is pretty terrible outside of Hanson and I’m thinking I can talk myself into BVP against the major champ Uzi but the second round and later could have some good matchups: Kaymer/ZJ, Mickelson/anyone not named Fowler in that half, Allenby/GMac, Furyk/Rory.

  4. Steve

I think you have Karlson and Goosen flip floped. Goosen is ranked #16 and is the last 4 seed. He should be in Bracket E. Karlson should be in S.

  5. You’re right.
I’m surprised anyone pays that close attention.
