MASTER FRIDAY LIVE ODDS: 2PM

#27
Tiger’s odds should increase to win if he can go par-par-par through 9-10-11, which I consider the real Amen Corner. From the middle of the fairway Tiger hits a mediocre approach and two putts for a front nine of 36. Chance to win: 29.09%

And were live on Masters.com with Tiger’s group. After a well placed drive, Tiger lost his footing on the approach, acted like it was an awful shot, then hit the middle of the green. Standard. Tiger gives his putt a good run, but just misses and makes par. Par is a good score on 10, plus Couples didn’t turn 13 into a birdie, so Tiger’s chances increase. Chance to win: 29.39%

As Tiger waited to tee off the 11th hole, Westwood made a kick in eagle on 2. That’s an easy hole, but eagle is still picking up a lot on the field. Then he birdied 3, as well. At that point, he was within a shot of Tiger, the closest anyone has been so far. Poulter made a birdie, too and Mickelson opened with a par. Very -EV as Tiger had to save par on 11 with a 5 footer. Chance to win: 27.49%

This is really apropos of nothing, just wanted to share Camilo’s day:

    Par 3s: -3
    Par 4s: +1
    Par 5s: +2

Talk about taking advantage of the course. Looks like the strangest E round you could imagine, especially at Augusta.
