Should be a pretty exciting day of College Football today.
TOP TEN:
#1 Texas v. #6 Oklahoma: This could legitimately be the toughest remaining test for the Longhorns. The Big 12 has 4 teams in the top ten and they all play in the Big 12 South. I like Oklahoma St.’s chances here to keep it, as Lee Corso would say, “Closer than the experts think.”
PREDICTION: TEXAS 23, OKIE ST 20
#2 Alabama @ Tennessee: There is a more overrated team than Alabama this year and I’ll get to them in a minute, but Alabama is very overrated. The Clemson and Georgia wins look worse every week for the Tide. In their last two games, they squeeked by Ole Miss and a Kentucky team that is 25 point dogs @ Florida today.
PREDICTION: TENNESSEE 31, ALABAMA 17
#3 Penn St @ #9 Ohio St: God Bless Joe Paterno. I think hes got the Nittany Lions on an absolute roll right now. They tore through a mediocre Michigan team in dominant fashion in the second half last week. Impressive. On the other hand, Ohio State is a very dangerous team. This is not your lose to USC by 32 Ohio St, They are a different team with Pryor and Wells in action. The neutral part of my brain says OSU is the pick here, The Buckeye hating portion says, “We Are,” to which the Neutral side responds, “Penn St:”
PREDICTION: PSU 21, OSU 20
#4 Oklahoma v Kansas St: Oklahoma has a bad defense. I think K-State can put up some points in this game, but I don’t see how they stop Oklahoma on offense. I think this one could see a lot of points.
PREDICTION: OKLAHOMA 49, K-STATE 31
#5 USC @ Arizona: I think this could be a classic Pete Carroll coached game. A.K.A. The Trojans don’t show up to play tonight and make this a lot closer than it should be.

#7 Georgia @ #13LSU: What would these teams be ranked if they didn’t play in the almighty SEC. Matthew Stafford is my lock of the week for gauranteed QB bust in the NFL. Great Arm, Mediocre QB. Still, I like the Dawgs here.
PREDICTION: Georgia 27, LSU 10
#8 Texas Tech @ Kansas: Meet #8 Texas Tech. The most overrated team in the Nation. They pulled their kicker from a contest of the student body. I feel like this is the same Texas Tech team as always and should be ranked in the 15-20 range. Michael Crabtree is good, but they have no defense. Kansas is a solid team, who can definitely score some points today.
PREDICTION: KANSAS 34, TEXAS TECH 20
#10 Florida v Kentucky: As I mentioned, Florida is a huge Favorite. I can’t quite understand all the hate for this team. The BCS is killing them, putting them behind Texas Tech. Joke. This is absolutely one of the 5 best teams in the country.
